Lelia M. Stephenson, 86, Oblong, IL. died at 10:48 a.m. at

Crawford Memorial Hospital, Robinson, IL. Mrs. Stephenson was born

February 1, 1914 in Richland County,IL. She was the daughter of

Walter and Estella (Stevens) Cokley. On March 24, 1932 she married

Virgil Myrle Stephenson, who passed away on December 29, 1993.

Lelia was a retired homemaker. Lelia is survived by a son Gerald "Steve"

Stephenson, and one daughter Myrlene Allison . Also surviving are

seven Grandchildren Bob & Shelley Stephenson, Cindy & Tom Brown,

Denise & Adam Galey; Febby & Doug Barrett; Linda & Jim King-Kouhout;

Larry Allison; and Greg Allison;14 Great-grandchildren;

a sister-in-law, Julia Cokley; several nieces and nephews.

Lelia was preceded in death by her husband, parents,

4 brothers: Verlin, Loren, Norvil & Orville Cokley;

1 sister: Chloella Anonelli; 1 grandson: Jerry Allison and

one daughter-in-law: Dianna Stephenson.

Burial is in the Oblong Cemetery.
